The Opportunity
We are looking for exceptional Sales Executives to work in our new plant in London (Merton). With our state of the art plant processing over potentially 100,000 peices of linen daily, we require tenacious, energetic hunters with the motivation to drive new business and take their careers to the next level.
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
The role will see you assess your market and spot opportunities where flat linen and workwear services can deliver results. You will pitch, negotiate and close deals resulting in both commercial and personal success. Our market leading, uncapped commission scheme will see you earn over £55k in your first year and lay the foundations for a powerful career trajectory as part of Gozipper’s ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Work with sales management to shape your business development strategy in our key markets
- Utilise data-driven market knowledge to identify relevant clients in the hospitality and commercial market
- Negotiate and close business deals with guidance from sales management where required
- Collaborate with account management to seamlessly onboard new clients
- We have an unlimited data for market search and pipelines set for the right candidate towards sucess!
Requirements:
- Hunter mentality with a relentless desire to win new business
- Ideally previous B2B sales experience in a relevant sector (hospitality)
- Persuasive and agile communicator, able to build rapport with senior stakeholders and understand business needs
- Energetic, confident, determined to succeed and drive their careers forward
- Desire to learn new sales skills and translate these to action at pace
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

Qualifications
- 2-5 years’ quota carrying sales experience
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
